Hi, I'm Lou 

Healer, medicine woman, aromatherapist, Reiki Master and founder of Louisa B Apothecary.

Fourteen years ago I was a Learning & Development Executive at a very well known holiday company — burned out, unwell and completely disconnected from myself. One Reiki session changed everything.

Today I create healing spaces — through my handcrafted natural products, my workshops, my reiki & crystal healing sessions and my digital offerings — for women who are ready to stop, listen and begin living the life their soul is calling them toward.

This is not just a shop. It is a spiritual journey.
