Hi, I'm Lou 💛

Holistic Healing Coach, Human Design Reader, yoga teacher and founder of Louisa B. Apothecary.

Fourteen years ago I was a Learning & Development Executive at a very well know holiday company — burned out, unwell and completely disconnected from myself. One Reiki session changed everything.

Today I create healing spaces — through my handcrafted natural products, my workshops, my coaching and my digital offerings — for women who are ready to stop, listen and begin living the life their soul is calling them toward.
