Aromatherapist, Reiki Master & Crystal healer and founder of Louisa B Apothecary.

Fourteen years ago I was a Learning & Development Executive at a very well known holiday company — burned out, unwell and completely disconnected from myself. One Reiki session changed everything.

Today I create natural aromatherapy products, handcrafted in small batches — designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more like yourself.

As well as creating my products, I love sharing simple wellbeing tips and rituals — little moments to help you slow down and feel more like you.
